I finally took some time to cleanup pymsn.devel and add some documentation to it :D now you can get the user API documentation by running:

python setup.py doc

Enjoy ;)

    This pymsn looks great, but documentation lacks a bit and even when I try python setup.py doc I only get an error message:

    running doc
    running doc_user_api
    option –config not recognized; run “epydoc -h” for usage
    #

    Use epydoc 3.0 and not epydoc 2.0
